Executive committee change

In 2016, John Francis Mugisha has finished his 2 years’ EC member mandate. Jorge Huerta-Mercado (Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (IMTvH), Lima, Peru) was nominated and approved by the general assembly to be the successor of Prof. Mugisha.

We would like to show our gratitude towards him for the support and effort putting on LINQED. In the previous years, he and his faculty members have active participation in various LINQED activities. After the participation of several exchange projects on critical thinking and student assessment, he organized and delivered follow-up training on the same topics for local staff. We look forward to another year with initiatives from his institution with the goal of striving for higher quality education.
